REGULATIONS OF APARTHOUSE "Apartments in Bukowina"
§1 Gegenstand der Verordnungen
1. The Apartments in Bukowina facility is run by Firma Produkcyjno-Handlowo Usługowa DZIÓBEK Justyna Cyman based in Bukowina, 84-311 Bukowina, ul. Wrzosowa 4 for short-term rental of residential premises.
2. These regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay at the Facility and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing the stay card, as well as by making a reservation or paying an advance payment, as well as the entire fee for the stay at the Facility. By making the above activities, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.
3. The regulations apply to all guests staying at the Apartments in Bukowina aparthouse.
4. The Regulations are available for viewing at the Reception Desk and on the website. object.
1. The apartments available at the Facility are rented for days.
2. A day lasts from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next day. The guest is obliged to return the key card and check out by 11.00. Guests who do not check out by 11:00 will be charged the cost of another overnight stay, but this does not constitute a guarantee of extending the stay. If the apartment is not vacated by 11:00, and it is booked for the next day by another person, the facility staff is entitled to enter the apartment without the guest's presence, pack his/her belongings and take them to the reception.
3. The guest should report a request to extend the stay at the reception. The facility may not take into account the request to extend the stay if all the accommodation places (apartment) are used or in the case of guests who do not comply with the applicable regulations.
4. The facility reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay in the Aparthouse if full payment for the previous stay has not been made in advance and the apartment cannot be made available for other reasons.
§3
RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN
- Reservations for an apartment in the facility can be made via online portals, the website apartmentsforyou.pl, by phone, e-mail or in person.
- Making a reservation via the website requires an advance payment
a) 50% - in the case of booking a stay starting in more than 30 days,
b) 100% of the stay fee in the case of booking a stay starting in less than 30 days. - Payments made via the website are handled by PAYPRO S.A. Przelewy24
- The reservation gains the status of a confirmed reservation after it has been paid in advance.
- The reservation is considered guaranteed if a prepayment of 50% of the value is made within 2 days from the date of reservation and the entire fee for the stay is paid 30 days before the planned stay. Lack of advance payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- The property reserves the right to charge a credit card pre-authorization upon check-in or to collect a cash deposit in the amount due for the entire stay.
- If the apartment reservation is not canceled 30 days before the planned arrival, or if the
- Guest does not arrive at the Facility on the scheduled date, the advance payment or the entire value of the stay will not be refunded..
- If the Guest resigns from the stay during the stay, the Facility does not refund the fee for the given stay.
- Refunds for unused stays are made within 30 days from the moment the guest submits the application.
- The basis for the Guest's stay at the Facility is to present an ID document with a photo to the Reception employee and sign the residence card. The facility reserves the right to copy the presented document only for purposes related to the Guest's stay.
- Payment for the stay is collected by the Facility in advance.
- After guests have checked in and paid for their stay, it is not possible to cancel the stay with a refund.
- The need to issue an invoice should be reported at the time of booking. Invoices will be issued no later than on the day the stay ends. After this date, invoices are not issued.
- Aparthouse may specify a minimum rental period.
- Aparthouse may specify a minimum rental period.
- The guest may not transfer the apartment to third parties, even if the period for which he/she paid the stay fee has not expired.
- Persons who are not registered at the Facility are not allowed to stay in the facility.
- The Facility may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the Regulations during the previous stay, in particular by causing damage to the property of the aparthouse or Guests, or personal injury to the Guest, the Facility's employees or other persons staying in the Facility.
§4
STAY AND SERVICES
1. The facility provides services in accordance with its regulations.
2. The reception of the Apartments in Bukowina aparthouse is open from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. If an employee is absent at the reception, he can be called by phone. The telephone number is available at the reception.
3. In urgent matters, you can contact us by phone 24 hours a day.
4. At the Guest's request, the Facility provides the following services free of charge:
a) providing information related to the Guest's stay and travel,
b) parking lot
c) additional cleaning during your stay,
d) additional supply of the apartment with clean towels and bed linen
e) rental of bicycles or 5- and 9-seat cars (service available subject to vehicle availability).
5. The price of the first day of stay includes: bed linen and towel for each person and 1 piece of paper towel, toilet paper, washing machine capsule, dishwasher capsule.
The fee for subsequent cleaning during the stay includes the replacement of bed linen and towels and the replenishment of the above-mentioned cleaning products.
6. The apartment rental price includes: Internet access, use of cable TV, washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooker, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, ironing set, and cleaning tools.
7. Guests of Apartments in Bukowina are provided with the so-called common area: corridor, staircase, parking lot, unfenced outdoor space. Guests are obliged to keep these areas clean and tidy, and not to obstruct the passages with their own equipment, such as bicycles or strollers.
8. There are smoke detectors in each apartment, and on each floor in the staircase there are powder fire extinguishers available to everyone in the event of a fire.

GUEST DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The facility is used exclusively for residential purposes and to provide guests with relaxation while sleeping, therefore it is strictly forbidden to organize any types of events, receptions and other meetings on the premises, as well as to behave in a way that disturbs the peace and stay of other guests.
2. Smoking, e-cigarettes and the use of other drugs and stimulants prohibited by law are strictly prohibited on the premises and within its premises (balcony, terrace). Violation of this prohibition is subject to a fine of PLN 5,000 to cover the costs of additional washing of bedding, curtains and drapes. Persons who violate the above-mentioned prohibition and refuse to pay the PLN 5,000 fee may be checked out immediately without refund of stay costs.
3. Activation of a fire protection system caused by smoking or unjustified use is subject to a penalty of PLN 5,000. Moreover, in the event of intervention by the fire service or police, all intervention costs are borne by the person responsible for activating the fire protection system.
4. Guests are not allowed to obstruct passages (i.e. corridors or staircases) with their own equipment, such as a bicycle or a stroller.
5. Children should be on the premises of the Facility under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians bear full financial responsibility for any possible damage resulting from the children's actions.
6. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the Facility, resulting from his fault or the fault of people he let into the apartment. The property reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for any damage caused after his departure.
A detailed price list of the value of the equipment located in the Facility is attached as Annex 1 to these Regulations.
7. In the event of a violation of the provisions of the Regulations, the Facility may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the Facility's requests, settle the amount due for previous services, pay for any damage and leave the Facility.
8. For safety reasons, a guest leaving the apartment should always turn off the TV, turn off the lights, turn off the taps, close the windows and close the door carefully.
9. Guests are obliged to comply with fire safety regulations during their stay at the facility. For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use heaters in the apartments. However, the equipment included in the Facility, i.e. electric kettle, induction cooker, electric extractor hood, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, TV set, should be used only in accordance with their operating instructions.
10. The guest is obliged to report any defects or damage in the apartment to the reception on the day of check-in of the given guest. Failure to report within the above-mentioned time is tantamount to the Guest's assumption of liability for damage or defects.
11. If the Guest loses the card/key to the apartment, a fee of PLN 100 is charged.
12. If the Guest causes the intervention of a security company, a fee of PLN 5,000 is charged.
13. Guests who do not comply with the ban on bringing animals onto the premises are obliged to pay a penalty fee of PLN 1,000 and have the animal removed from Apartments in Bukowina immediately.
14. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the apartments, including moving their equipment.
§6
FACILITY OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The facility is obliged to provide guests with:
a) conditions for full and unrestricted rest,
b) security of stay, including the security of keeping information about the Guest secret,
c) professional and courteous service in the scope of all services provided at the Facility,
d) cleaning the apartment and making necessary repairs to equipment during the Guest's absence, and in his presence only if he expresses such a request.
2. The facility is obliged to provide guests with basic hygiene products (toilet paper, towels, soap) and refill them every day. For this purpose, the Facility Staff has the right to enter the apartment rented by the Guest at any time, after knocking twice on the apartment door.
3. The facility is not responsible for loss or damage to items brought by people using its services.
4. The facility is not liable to the Guest for loss or damage to money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value.
5. The facility is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest or items left in it.
§7
RETURN OF ITEMS LEFT
1. Personal items left in the apartment by the departing Guest may be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at the Guest's expense, if the instruction to return them is sent to the Facility within 14 days from the date of end of the Guest's stay.
2. If the Guest does not receive an instruction to return the personal items left behind, within the deadline specified in point. 1 above, these items are destroyed.
3. Food items will be stored for 12 hours.
§8
NIGHT SILENCE
There is night silence at the Facility from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
§9
COMPLAINTS
1. Guests have the right to submit complaints if they notice any deficiencies in the quality of services provided.
2. All complaints are accepted by the Reception.
3. A complaint should be submitted immediately after noticing any deficiencies in the standard of services provided.
§10
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
- It is prohibited to organize parties, receptions and other celebrations or events on the premises of the Facility.
2. Smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and the consumption of other stimulants is strictly prohibited throughout the entire facility, including terraces and balconies.
3. On the premises of the Facility, it is prohibited to cause noise, unpleasant odors, or other things that disturb, harm or irritate other guests of the Facility.
4. The facility does not accept pets.
5. Dangerous goods - weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminating materials - cannot be stored in the apartments.
6. Doorstep sales and sales are prohibited on the premises of the Facility.
7. The Facility has a statutory right of lien on items brought by the Guest to the Facility in the event of delay in payment for the stay or failure to pay for the services provided.§11
BASIC PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

2. The basis for the processing of personal data is the need to perform the contract concluded with the Guest, including the management of reservations and stays in our hotels and the fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the data controller (e.g. related to the settlement of the contract).
3. Enabling the processing of personal data by the Facility is voluntary, but is necessary to conclude and perform the contract and fulfill legal obligations arising from the provision and settlement of services.
4. In some cases, the Guest's personal data will also be processed on the basis of legitimate legal interest.5. The guest has the right to request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, transfer or limitation of data processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
6. Personal data will be processed until the Guest raises an objection or for the period resulting from the legal provisions regarding the provision and settlement of services provided.
7. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be obtained from an employee of the Facility.
